Large Format Retail Centre, Papamoa

Working as part of a highly skilled Project Control Group of professional consultants,  including Project Managers, Planners and Engineers and anchor tenants we developed bulk and location options, and then visualisations for Territorial Authority and affected party negotiations.  The project was envisaged as a three-stage development and included 1.7 Ha of Stormwater Management Wetlands.  We then prepared architectural documentation to support the Planners Resource Consent submission for Stage One. This stage included a 1,500 sqm medical centre and 12,000 square metre Large Format retailer.
