Working with a comprehensive team of other consultants:  including Representatives from Food Stuffs, Project Managers, Traffic Engineers, Planners, and Civil Engineers, F+D=A first worked though various strategies for the bulk and location. Site complexities included a significant level change across a boundary, influencing service vehicle circulation.  We then developed the architectural documentation for the Resource Consent submission and provided visual studies for the development.
